The 'Flight Deck' at Bosque del Apache wildlife refuge is where everyone goes before dawn to see the geese and cranes against dawn light and the sunrise. Some of these photos were taken considerably before sunrise, with exposures as long as 30 seconds. The bright object in the sky is Venus.
