16. Fore wing with the following combination of features (a1): postmarginal vein (pmv) longer than stigmal vein (stv), marginal vein (mv) thick and shorter than postmarginal vein, and admarginal setae (ams) distinct because they are longer than nearby setae.

16'. Fore wing lacking one or more of the above features (aa1): especially, postmarginal vein short in nearly all species, and admarginal setae indistinct due to not being longer than nearby setae. Marginal vein variable but typically not thickened.
