Desert lilies are one of my favorite desert flowers; they're often hard to find, especially in dry years, but will bloom in spring if there has been adequate rainfall. They bloomed in abundance after the very wet winter of 2017 in Anza-Borrego State Park and Joshua Tree National Park, California. |
