Yellow-faced honeyeater        Images © Mark A. Chappell

Yellow-faced honeyeaters have a fairly unique face pattern (with the vertical white mark in back of the eye).   It is one of numerous species of honeyeaters in Australia, and is common in eucalypt forests along the eastern coast.   These were moving through low bushes near Wombarra, north of Wollongong in New South Wales.
