Yellow-breasted boatbill        Images © Mark A. Chappell

Yellow-breasted boatbills, named for their broad, flat bills, are brightly-colored little flycatchers from rainforests in north-eastern Australia.   Adults have yellow underparts; juveniles are more mottled.   These were near Julatten Queensland; they either stayed high or kept moving or both, which made photography difficult in the dark forest.
