Many thousands of snow geese spend the winter at the Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge in central New Mexico. Throughout the day, they commute back and forth between feeding and resting areas. These pictures were taken in the northern road circuit in the Refuge, the 'Farm Loop', in late November. |
