This is a juvenile specimen of the Antilles 'pink-toed' tarantula (Avicularia versicolor), a native of the Carribean islands of Martinique and Guadeloupe.   This little one (about 2.5 cm long) was photographed on a piece of black velvet.   I had no idea it sported such irridescent blue colors until I looked at the photos.
