Ringer solution
Base solution:
-1000 ml distilled
water -0.35 g KCl
-7.5 g
NaCl -0.21 g
CaCl2
-0.14 g
NaHCO3 -2.5 g glucose
take to PH 7.0
Buffer:
-A: solution 0.15 molar KH2PO4
-B: solution 0.15 molar Na2HPO4
For the buffer, mix 19 volumes of A
+ 31 volumes of B.
Ringer: 10 volumes of base solution
+ 1 volume of buffer
