Nornalup Inlet at dusk        Images © Mark A. Chappell

Nornalup is a tiny town in the southwest corner of Western Australia, surrounded by a national park of the same name and fringed by the Nornalup River, shown here.   We stayed at a wonderful little resort that had -- in addition to great views like these -- lots of birds including buff-banded rails, ringneck parrots, and the stunning splendid fairy-wren.
