HYMENOPTERA, Ormyridae (Chalcidoidea) --  <Images> & <Juveniles>

 

 

          Ormyridae. -- Members of this family resemble the Torymidae, but have the parapsidal sutures indistinct or absent and have a very short ovipositor. They are parasitoids of gall insects.
