291b. Postmarginal vein present, stigmal vein usually moderately long; submarginal vein at

distal end usually smooth curving into stigma (Fig.A); scutellum without submedian

grooves, rarely with lateral grooves, when present at extreme lateral margins, scutellum

usually with 2 or more pairs of setae (Fig.A), in some species with additional hairiness.
