Locality:
Dry moss on roof of rabbit shed collected by Andy Vierstraete in May 1997
in garden in Pilkemstraat 10, Bikschote, Belgium.
Classification:
Chromadoria - Chromadorida - Leptolaimina - Plectoidea - Plectidae
Culture conditions:
- Xenic: with small inoculum of E. coli on 1% soil agar (incl. 1-3%
dark soil) + 5 µg/ml cholesterol, with 1-3 ml P-buffer (pH 7.3) on
top. Co-occurring bacteria have not been removed. Kept at 17C.
Long-term storage:
Freezing was not attempted.
