CGC strain code:

PDL0021

None

Thick soil in an aviary with pigeons at Kasteellaan 21, Landegem, Belgium. Collected by Paul De Ley in December, 1995.

Classification:

Secernentea - Diplogasterida - Diplogasteroidea - Diplogasteroididae

Culture conditions:

Xenic: "Wet plates": 3-5 drops of E. coli in 4 ml P-buffer (0.05M KH2PO4/K2HPO4 to pH 7.3) on 1% pure agar + 5 mg/ml cholesterol.
