Schedule

The course is fast paced and intensive. A typical classroom day begins at 8:30 am and involves six or seven one-hour lectures in the morning and afternoon. Evening hours are (mostly) free for informal discussions and self-study. The course requires a significant time commitment from participants. The course typically begins at midmorning on Sunday and ends on Wednesday in the late afternoon. Participants may elect to arrive before the course in order to take advantage of the outstanding environment of “Biotech Beach” or the LA metropolitan area. Lodging on Saturday night is covered by the registration fee; meals on Saturday, however, are not covered by the fee.
